Job Description

• Lead mechanical team to complete the project development tasks.（带领结构组成员完成项目开发任务）
• Daily management of mechanical team.（结构组的日常管理）

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of mechanical team. Coordinate the resources of mechanical engineers to complete company projects（结构组日常管理，协调结构工程师资源完成公司项目）
• Responsible for development and  reviewing  of mechanical parts of earphone and some other CE product. (负责耳机或者其他消费电子结构部件开发和审核。)
• Communicated directly with customer about product’s ID and mechanical design. (直接与客户沟通产品外观和结构设计)
• Take the lead in resolving mechanical design issues. (带头解决产品开发过程中遇到的结构方面难点)

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years experiences in consumer electronic product development / design. Earbuds/earphone/speaker development experience is preferred. （10年或以上消费类电子产品设计开发经验，耳机或者音箱类优先）
• Have good knowledge and experience of injection, stamping, cable, CNC, etc…（熟悉注塑，冲压，CNC线材等工艺）
• good knowledge and experience of DFM, GD&T, BOM(熟悉DFM, 公差分析，BOM等工程资料)
• Good at CREO software.（熟练使用Creo）
• Education qualification, college. Bachelor is preferred.  Good oral and written English skills（大专以上，本科优先,良好的英语口语和书面英语能力）
