In addition to specific lab based machines that enable rapid prototyping, we typically aim to utilise the same machinery, assembly techniques, and technologies applied on the production floor to gain early insight into potential risks and process challenges—reducing surprises later in the manufacturing stage.

The lab reinforces our role as a Global Manufacturing Partner for brands across Engineered Soft Goods, Industrial/Consumer Electronics and hybrid solutions.

The lab is well equipped with a full range of capabilities and technologies, including Heat Press, Forming, Die Cutting, High-Frequency Welding, Ultrasonic Welding, 3D Printing, Assembly.

Typical production runs involve several verification phases— Engineering Validation Test, Design Validation Test, Production Validation Test, and RAMP—often extending timelines. Our integrated approach helps brands streamline this process during the initial stages with fail fast sprints.
