HR Reporting Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring, diversity, compensation, absenteeism).

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across systems and reports.

Analyze HR trends and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Support workforce analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.

Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent, Rewards, Finance, and IT teams to align data definitions and reporting standards.

Automate and continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and timeliness.

Prepare data submissions for audits, regulatory requirements, and internal governance needs.

Maintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and standard operating procedures.

Respond to data requests from stakeholders while prioritizing confidentiality and data privacy.

Support HR system upgrades, enhancements, and data validation activities as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience working with HR data, reporting, analytics, or HR systems.

 

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar systems).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data modeling); experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

Ability to handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
