Overall Purpose & Expectations on the Role

• The NPI Engineer (Electronics) to ensure successful industrialization of new electronic products, enabling seamless
  transition from R&D to mass production while meeting yield, cost, and delivery targets. The increasing pipeline of
  customer NPI programs requires dedicated technical leadership to maintain execution speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze product technical requirements in collaboration with R&D to ensure design manufacturability and readiness for high-volume production.
• Lead the development, validation, and optimization of robust, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing processes for new electronic products.
• Own and drive the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring a smooth transition from design phase through pilot builds to mass production.
• Act as the technical lead to proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful product
  industrialization.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related
  discipline.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in NPI, Product Engineering, or Process Engineering within electronics
  manufacturing.
• Full understanding of FATP (Final Assembly, Test and Packaging) manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in capacity calculation, cycle time analysis, production line requirement (equipment, fixture, workstation quantity), Headcount analysis, line layout, material flow and workstation ergonomics design.
• LEAN knowledge is an advantage. – Able to use Auto-CAD SW and 3D Software such as ProE.
• Proficient in MS SW (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
