Job Requirements:
A, CET 4, Fluent English, both written and spoken.
B, Bachelor’s degree.
C, 10+ years of electronics industry/soft goods industry sourcing experience, international/cross functional experience will be preferred.
D, Has experience in developing complex structural components, particularly in injection, metal parts.
E, Also has extensive experience and supplier resources in supplier development.
F, Good communication skills, integrity, accountability, analytical skills & teamwork.
G, Good leadership and influence mindset.
H, Good strategical thinking and proactive problem-solving capability.
I, Good risk identification sense and capability.

Job responsibilities:
A, Be responsible for the development and procurement of injection, metal parts (Stamping/Die casting/MIM/Forging).
B, Supplier development and qualification
Develop new supplier based on project demand and commodity strategy; Do supplier analysis and lead audit to find the right source (quality, cost, service).
C, Pricing and term negotiation
Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and terms.
D, Contract Preparation & Review
Negotiate contract terms with supplier and submit contract for approval to avoid legal/commercial risks.
E, Supplier Management
Regular supplier review meeting to drive improvement on supplier quality/cost/delivery.
F, KPI driving
Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction based on cost analysis/demand/market data, push back cost increase; Drive cost reduction opportunity with engineering team; Drive dual source.
G. new components qualification; Process samples qualification.
