To further strengthen these capabilities, we have appointed Aldren Ranola as Acting General Manager of OSM Philippines, reinforcing the leadership team responsible for supporting our customers’ long-term success.

This appointment builds on our recent investments in the Philippines. Over the past year, our Clark facility has expanded its manufacturing areas, added new production lines, and invested in automation to increase production capacity, improve process consistency, and support future growth. Together with our manufacturing footprint across the Philippines and China, these investments provide customers with greater production flexibility and a stronger foundation for managing changing business needs.

As Acting General Manager, Aldren will lead the overall performance of our Philippines operation, including manufacturing, quality, delivery, customer engagement, and organizational capability. Having previously served as Senior Operations Manager, he brings extensive operational experience and a deep understanding of both customer expectations and the day-to-day execution required to meet them. His priorities include strengthening delivery performance and product quality, improving operational efficiency and cost competitiveness, and developing the people who support our long-term growth.

It means our Philippines operation is better positioned to respond quickly, collaborate across functions, and consistently deliver on commitments. Supported by expanded manufacturing capacity, increased automation, and our global resources, our Philippines operation continues to strengthen its ability to provide reliable delivery, consistent product quality, and responsive support throughout every stage of production.
