The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing OSM Group’s communication and marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence globally, driving customer engagement, and promoting OSM’s commitment to sustainability, premium product development, and innovation in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. Additionally, the role will focus on managing internal communication to ensure that OSM’s values and strategic goals are effectively communicated within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with OSM Group’s vision of sustainability, innovation, and premium product development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Lead brand management initiatives to enhance OSM’s global reputation as a leader in sustainable and premium product development and manufacturing.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, events, and marketing collateral.
  3. Content Creation and Management:
    • Oversee the creation of engaging content that highlights OSM’s commitment to sustainability, premium product innovation, and industry leadership.
    • Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and website updates.
  4. Digital Marketing and Analytics:
    • Drive OSM’s digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Public Relations and Communications:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to promote OSM’s achievements and initiatives.
    • Manage external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements, to effectively convey OSM’s brand story.
  6. Internal Communication Management:
    • Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with OSM’s strategic goals and values.
    • Create internal newsletters, announcements, and updates that reflect the company’s culture and commitment to sustainability and premium product quality.
  7. Event Management:
    • Support visits to trade shows by enhancing visibility prior to and post-show to strengthen brand engagement.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution, maximizing brand impact.
  8. Sustainability Advocacy:
    • Champion OSM’s sustainability initiatives, creating marketing campaigns that emphasize the company’s dedication to eco-friendly practices and premium products.
    • Work closely with the product development team to promote sustainable product offerings and innovations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the manufacturing, consumer electronics, or industrial products sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies with a focus on B2B markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing internal communications and fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
  • Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the principles of sustainable and premium product development.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
