Job Highlights:

The Administration Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of outsourced services such as janitorial and security. This also includes assisting with employee engagement and wellness, vendor coordination, and providing administrative support to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of outsourced services to ensure that quality standards are met, and proper procedures are followed.
  • Assign work, provide direction to outsourced services and ensure that assigned tasks are completed.
  • Monitor and control usage of office supplies/consumables.
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced services and coordinate feedback with their respective agencies.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, employee uniform, ESD shoes, hairnet, and office furniture.
  • Evaluate, develop, and recommend office procedures and practices to General Manager.
  • Coordination with Facilities Engineer for repair works of public areas and comfort rooms for repair.
  • Provide support to customer audits and visitors in the facility.
  • Tracks office expenses by recording them and notifying the budget overruns and unusual expenses.
  • Contract monitoring with outsourced services and canteen concessionaire.
  • Facilitate survey to canteen concessionaire to ensure that the company requirements are met.
  • Perform other functions as may be directed by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Verbal communication and time management.
  • MS Office applications proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
