Reporting to the Director, Group Finance based in HK, the job holder will focus on performing financial analysis, manage & integrate data and reporting. It plays an important role in analyzing company business/financial data and creating financial models for decision support. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring the control systems to preserve the company assets, results, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Establish an operational manufacturing controlling for the 3 manufacturing plants with KPIs and Dashboards together with Director of Regional Finance Operation
• Prepare monthly financial revenue forecasting and prepare annual budgets and monitor company performance
• Prepare monthly OPEX cost controll reports, analyze, review with stakeholders and define counter measures to improve performance
• Prepare and mange monthly R&D project controlling reports and reveiw with stakeholders (based on scope and deliverables) – set up basis for accounting booking princilples
• Establish performance measures to support the strategic direction with Dashboards in Tableau
• Develop Business Intelligence tools / Dashboards to facilitate efficient cross-platform data analysis
• Strong focus on data collection, business process analysis, and data presentation with Tableau and other relevent tools
• Work closely with department heads to understand their business goals and directions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. MBA / having professional qualification is an advantage
• Over 7 years’ experience in accounting and finance field
• Experience of manufacturing plant finance controlling is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
• Strong knowledge in business process as well financial accounting principles
• Familiar with data logic, ERP processes, accounting methodologies
• Experience in data visualization tools and data retrieval languages, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI or ready to learn and self-motivated to master this skill
• Confident communicator in English. Ability to read Chinese and speak Putonghua is an advantage
• Occasional travel to Guangdong province (China) and Clark (Philippines)
