Summary

The ERP Engineer will support regional factory sites’ ERP to ensure consistent and beneficial business users’ interaction and solution delivery. He/she will ensure projects stick to the schedule with standard setup, testing, and training procedure.  The location of the role will be in Clark Freeport Zone and the role is directly reporting to the ERP Manager in Hongkong.

Responsibilities

• ERP Dynamics AX 2012 R3 development and application support
• Identify ERP needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with new function and reports development.
• Provide users with instruction and methods to solve their problems in the ERP system globally.
• Train users to improve their system and work knowledge.
• Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
• Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Related
• Has ERP Dynamics supports development and understanding of business processes.
• Has effective SLA management skills with commitment, result and high quality.
• 2 Years or above Microsoft Dynamics AX R3 ERP application experience is preferred
