Job Highlights:

Ensures that all machines can assemble the product effectively to meet the quality requirements and reduce if not eliminate rejections or the need for rework.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all machines are in good working condition whenever Production requires it by creating a regular Machine Preventive maintenance schedule and ensuring spare part availability.
• Monitors machine downtime and analyses the collected data to formulate effective countermeasures to minimize machine downtime.
• Implements action items to improve machine efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety of operation.
• Performs machine set-up for newly transferred machines or relocated machine.
• Provide engineering support for production assigned from time to time.
• Attainment of the team’s KPIs, targets and goals
• Ability to interpret and work on Engineering drawings.
• Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedule.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above in a related engineering major or a work experience of 5years or more in a similar field (leather, garments/textile
• Disciplined, highly motivated, and a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, excellent collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Self-confident: able to act as a peer, partner, and mentor.
• Proactive, communicative, and results oriented.
