Job Highlights:

A Facility Technician is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment within a facility. They play a vital role in ensuring the facility’s functionality, safety, and comfort for its occupants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems, such as the Scissor lift, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and organized.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and inventory for the facility, including maintenance tools, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, such as power outages, floods, and other incidents that may affect the facility Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes related to the facility.
• Willing to do the following activities: Machine/Equipment cleaning (scissor lift pit & Air Compressor), Machine lubricating/Greasing, working in a confined space, working at heights, Smoke detector cleaning, doing plumbing activities, recording and filling up the facility forms, Unit inspections, Bolt tightening, voltage check-up, basic wiring termination, painting, all kinds of repair, basic welding and basic carpentry.

Job Requirements:

• Vocational Diploma or technical 2-year course graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Basic understanding of Scissor lift, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
