Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Production Engineering based in Dongguan, the job holder will focus on improve the efficiency and 6S implementation & promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead plant’s lean activities, promote lean culture
• Cultivate and develop the lean IE team to be healthy and robust
• Build and improve work process, coordinate cross-function resource to meet company business need and perform the department’s functions well, be accountable to the result of lean IE team
• Plan and control the department budget for the robust running
• Promote automation and new technology application in factory

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above holder on major of IE or mechanical engineering
• More than 5 years working experience in IE field and manufacturing industry management experience, gained from MNC
• Strong understanding of Lean production
• Extensive experience in efficiency improvement, plant layout planning, material flow design
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, excellent collaboration and team work skills
• Fluent communication of Mandarin and English
• Understands and can utilize the IE tools flexibly, and adept them at TPS/lean production theory
