Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain based in HK, the job holder will focus on maintenance daily logistics operation. The key function of this role is to trace and monitor the daily logistics operation of the warehouse and assist in the resolution of operational problem with the 3PL service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily logistics operation and enhancement
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Handling internal and external inquiries regarding delivery arrangement
  • Assist in resolution of operational exceptions with supplier and freight (3PL) on day-to-day shipment planning
  • Monitor & control the monthly inventory closely
  • Perform other/ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor to fulfill business needs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience of Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Operation
  • Good understanding of OEM manufacturing operation & logistics management
  • ERP experience of Microsoft Dynamic AX is an advantage
  • Good computer literacy – MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Fast learner, proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
