Summary

OSM Group is looking for a talented Product Development Engineers to design, develop, and enhance our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations. This role involves creating prototypes, conducting tests, and refining designs to achieve optimal performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design: Create and develop product designs using CAD and other engineering tools.
• Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to ensure efficiency and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing teams to integrate product requirements.
• Testing: Conduct analytical, environmental, and functional tests on prototypes.
• Material Selection: Identify and select appropriate materials for production.
• Documentation: Document all product development processes and modifications.
• Compliance: Ensure all product development procedures comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated with market trends and incorporate new technologies into product designs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and product design tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
• Innovation: Ability to develop creative solutions to enhance product performance and quality.
