Summary
The PMC focuses on inventory control and management. Track inventory and maintain consistency in material accuracy and quality. Ensure company’s inventory and shipping needs are up to date. Coordinate transfer of raw materials and finished goods between warehouse and production area (vice versa). Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor the material release from warehouse to material staging of production
- Make sure that inventory of production material staging is properly monitor and track.
- Tracking the material from input of production to become finished goods is properly monitored
- Tracking if there will be a Reject Materials during Production Process
- Maintain an Inventory Bin System to store materials in production material staging
- Control the Forms and documents use and input every day to have accurate
- Provide Production and Material Planning Controller an accurate inventory report of Production Material Staging and Production On hand Materials.
- Overall movement of all the materials should be Monitor.
- Perform inventory control tasks
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a college diploma with any course but preferably management graduate.
- Preferred candidate has one (2) years of applicable working experience.
- Candidate must be able to read, write and follow written manufacturing instructions and technical procedures.
- Applicant must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating in a team environment.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS office and ERP softwares (e.g. SAP, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have initiative and be resourceful at work.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a shifting schedule, overtime, holiday when needed.
