Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Production Engineering based in Dongguan, the job holder will focus on tooling development for OSM in-house process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tooling development for OSM in-house process including components manufacturing, assembly, packing and test.
• Initiate and update the tooling drawing and specification.
• Responsible for the DFX leading, debug, trouble shooting, improvement, verification and qualification to the developed tooling.
• Join product DFX with contributing on tooling areas.
• Join Lean, improvement activities, problem solving and customer communication to contribute on tooling areas.
• Proactive research on smart factory, automation, tooling and equipment for OSM application.

Job Requirements

• Above 10 years’ solid experience in automation, tooling or equipment development engineering.
• Deep understanding of mechanical engineering, tooling design, equipment design, or automation system development.
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multi-projects and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with understanding of business.
• Good at writing and reading English, fluent in Mandarin.
• Enthusiastically understand, address and own management assignments.
