Job Description

As a member of the HR & Office Administration team, the job holder will be responsible for full spectrum of the day-to-day HR duties.  He/She will be entrusted to work independently with minimal supervision.  Apart from supporting the HR operations for HK office, the job holder will earn the learning opportunities to also participate in different regional HR work and projects/initiatives in a European working culture which is open, friendly and flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate would be responsible for full spectrum of day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Support recruitment activities from job advertisement drafting to interview and to conduct interview to offer extension
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer monthly payroll and MPF contributions and reporting
  • Maintain and update HRIS database & electronic filing system
  • Process benefits enrolment/termination and salaries tax filing
  • Coordinate for employee engagement activities/events (e.g. annual party, monthly celebrations, etc.)
  • Prepare regular HR reports to the management / internal stakeholders
  • Assist in training & development and performance management activities
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist role
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related Ordinances
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, a team player, responsible and service-oriented
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
