Job Description
Will focus on maintance daily logistic/warehouse operation. Contact with customer and cooperation with BD, provide perference SC service to customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Know ERP system, place order to ERP system when received customer PO. & get customer’s finial ship plan
- Arrange customer forecast management each month
- Handle customer enquiries and service in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist other department/supplier/forwarder etc. handle anomalous issue
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor to fulfill business needs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience of Customer Service / Supply Chain
- Effective team player can work in cross with others department
- Self-motivated, customer oriented, willing to learn, pleasant and mature
- Able to work independently and be proactive, can cover stress tolerance
- Good communication and presentation skill in speak and written English, at least CET-4
