Job Description

Will focus on maintance daily logistic/warehouse operation. Contact with customer and cooperation with BD, provide perference SC service to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Know ERP system, place order to ERP system when received customer PO. & get customer’s finial ship plan
• Arrange customer forecast management each month
• Handle customer enquiries and service in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist other department/supplier/forwarder etc. handle anomalous issue
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor to fulfill business needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience of Customer Service / Supply Chain
• Effective team player can work in cross with others department
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, willing to learn, pleasant and mature
• Able to work independently and be proactive, can cover stress tolerance
• Good communication and presentation skill in speak and written English, at least CET-4
