Job Requirements:
A, Fluent English for communication.
B, Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
C, Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
D, Has experience in material control for complex product SKUs, is familiar with material planning logic, and has hands-on experience with major ERP systems.
E, At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role(managing a team of 3+material/procurement staff).
F, Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
A, Material Demand Strategy & Planning
Lead the execution and validation of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs.
Define and monitor safety stock levels, Re-order Points (ROP), and maximum stock limits for critical materials.
B, Supplier Performance & Supply Assurance
Establish and maintain a supplier performance measurement system.
C, Inventory Cost Control & E&O Management
Lead monthly E&O (Excess & Obsolete) inventory review meetings.
Inventory Turnover Improvement.
D, Team Leadership & System Optimization
Team Development: Oversee the daily management, workload allocation, skills training
E, Cross-Functional Collaboration.
F, Ability to accept short-term overseas business trips (Philippines).
