Job responsibilities 

1. Quality control ability analysis and quality improvement of incoming materials, manufacturing process and finished products.
2. Lead the trial production of new products and track the results of trial production.
3. Audited quality inspection standards for incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.
4. Design and supervise the implementation of quality control techniques and statistical techniques.
5. Participate in the quality improvement of production lines and suppliers.
6. Participated in the production and evaluation of new project samples.
7. Participate in the analysis, improvement and tracking of abnormal quality of incoming materials, processes and finished products.
8. Lead the investigation, analysis and improvement of major quality abnormalities caused by customer complaints. Follow up and coordinate the status of material inspection and warehousing.
9. Review and confirm the inspection report.
10. Confirmation of incoming materials and defective products in the process.
11. Put forward the application for making jig and follow up the completion of jig (for new projects or newly added related test jig).
12. Be involved starting from early NPI stage to align specification, control/test plan with customers.

Qualifications Required

1. Possess a solid understanding of fundamental knowledge and quality standards, with proficiency in electronic circuit principles and circuit analysis.
2. Familiar with basic quality requirements, production processes, and inspection procedures; knowledgeable in IPC-A-610-J electronics assembly standards.
3. Proficient in the use of instruments, meters, gauges, and measuring tools related to quality control.
4. Demonstrates strong comprehension, execution, English communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
5. Have experience in following up with major clients such as Amazon, Apple.
6. Those with experience in electronics and soft goods are preferred.
