Job Description
- Manage and control the material or outsourced FGs quality performance from supplier.
- Continuous improve the quality control level of supplier and Lot acceptable rate in OSM IQC.
Key Responsibilities
- New supplier /samples qualification and approval.
- Make sure the Swatch on IQC is clear and in latest version match to QS/TP/ Drawing/customer special requirements.
- Confirm IQC defects and join MRB review, follow the actual material performance of MRB risk use in house.
- Share the defect information (including FR/Lot #/picture/defect description/containment action needed) to supplier and follow the FACA actions by SCAR.
- Improve the IQC LAR of material.
- Improve the close rate and reduce the close cycle time of the SCARs, to fetch the root case /Make sure corrective actions happen on supplier side properly.
- Support production line to handle the quality issue caused by material, ensure containment action settled down on time to support production line running smoothly.
- Support the requirement from PM/customer for any data of material /information survey.
- Support the DOE or Kaizen improvement in OSM.
- Review the quality performance of supplier and output improve plan regularly.
Job Requirements
- College or aboveand Major in engineering.
- At least five years’ experience in the field ofquality engineering.
- Knowledge for material spec/produce process / control method critical character/failure modes.
- Be able to read mechanical drawings(familiar with CAD is preferred), MTD/MAS and Geometric Tolerance.
- Familiar with HSF requirement like RoHS/HF/Reach/Pro65.
- Good understanding of FACA/8D tooling, good at root cause seeking and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with QC tools like SPC/MSA/QC 7 tools and ISO 9001 QMS requirement.
- Good English written/read skill (oral English will be a plus) and Office presentation skills.
- Be able to travel to supplier side (in China and SEA countries) to handle jobs independently.
