Job Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with customers from order management to shipping arrangements and problems shooting on daily basis.
2. Work closely with Customer, BD , PM,Quanlity ,Perchasing ,PMC ,WHS, Logistic & Vendors in monitoring shipment delivery and facilitate a smooth launch process of new product development project.
3. Monitor closely on-time delivery of outstanding orders, reports and takes corrective action timely when order exceed due date.
4. Maintain good record of shipment/order information in timely/accurate manner and present in structured/transparent format.
5. Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on vendors performance or when needed.
6. Participant in creating and setting up system parameters; ensure data accuracy in various systems or reports;
7. Assist in Ad-Hoc Supply Chain projects and work assignments as determined by department head.
Job Requirements :
1. College Degree or above in Supply Chain or Logistics ;
2. 5 years plus experience in supply chain & basic commercial knowledge;
3. Logistics & Shipping Knowledge;
4. Solid communication skills in terms of English;
5. Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access/PPT;
6. Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills;
8. Strong ability to withstand pressure .
