Job responsibilities
- Communicate with customers from order management to shipping arrangements and problems shooting on
daily basis. - Work closely with Customer, BD, PM, Quality, Purchasing, PMC, WHS, Logistic & Vendors in monitoring
shipment delivery and facilitating a smooth launch process for the new product development project. - Monitor closely on-time delivery of outstanding orders and reports and take correct action when order
exceeds the date. - Maintain good record of shipment/order information in accurate manner timely and present in
structured/transparent format. - Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on
vendors’ performance or when needed. - Participant in creating and setting up system parameters; ensure data accuracy in various systems or reports.
- Assist in Ad-Hoc Supply Chain projects and work assignments as determined by department head.
Qualifications Required
- College Degree or above in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- 5 years plus experience in supply chain & basic commercial knowledge.
- Logistics & Shipping Knowledge.
- Solid communication skills in terms of English.
- Have a good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access/PPT.
- Excellent teamwork player, organization, planning and communication skills.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure
