Job Summary:

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the efficient and safe handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains cleanliness and orderliness, and supports logistics operations. Candidates with NC II Forklift Operator certification and hands-on experience are highly preferred to ensure safe and effective material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries.
• Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch according to delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures strictly.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational course graduate.
• NC II Forklift Operator certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and forklift handling.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
