By end of 2025 Q2, OSM Group successfully complete the merger of the Huizhou and Dongguan manufacturing facilities. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for OSM Group.

After several months of detailed planning and coordination, we have fully integrated our manufacturing operations in China.  Previously, Huizhou R&D and manufacturing facility focused mainly on Electronics production, while the Dongguan R&D and manufacturing facility specialized in Engineering Soft Goods. Following the merger, with both Electronics and Engineered Soft Goods teams now co-located, our customers will benefit from the enhanced team collaboration, faster product development cycles, tighter quality control, and quicker turnaround from idea to delivery. We have also expanded and done a relay out of the Huizhou manufacturing facility footprint to increase production capacity and respond to evolving market demands, giving our customers the ability to experience our full and integrated value proposition under one roof.
