Job Description
This is a regional HR role working very closely with the Director, Group HR based in Hong Kong to roll out and support Group-level and global HR initiatives and programs across different sites. The role has to be able to independently design, propose and execute HR projects and resolve HR maters independently with minimal supervision / advice. He/She is expected to be able to handle and backup local HR operations as required and ultimately be the go-to HR person for daily HR operations for U.S. and Stockholm office.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director, Group HR in providing HR advisory services to global offices
- Assist in rolling out of and executing HR initiatives & projects such as employer branding, HR policy & process alignment, review of C&B structures and schemes, employee development (management training & employee training) and engagement, etc. to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute global Annual HR Projects/Exercises such as performance management and salary adjustments
- Support talent acquisition in global locations, mainly U.S., Sweden, HK and China
- Collaborate with global offices to establish/enhance HR infrastructure and services
- Ensure smooth and professional HR daily operations for HK office
- Perform ad-hoc tasks & occasional business trips as required
Qualifications Required:
- At least 10 years’ solid experience in all-rounded HR functions, gained from MNCs and/or electronics industry
- University degree holder, preferably from Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience in handling regional HR-related matters; familiar with HR labor laws in U.S, Europe and/or Philippines will be an advantage
- Good communication with excellent spoken & written English is a must; and Chinese (including Mandarin) a plus
- Proficient in MS Applications and experienced in using HRIS is preferred
