1. Consumer trend studies

The third spoke in our design offering is conceptualization. We have a unique and somewhat practical approach to design given our extensive manufacturing experience.

4. Industrial design
The seamless transition from concept to refined industrial design is facilitated by experienced teams in both product design and development. Our hands on, iterative approach between teams, is strengthened by a fail fast mentality.
5. Proof of Concept & Sample making
‘Fail fast’ is the mantra within OSM – prove what doesn’t work through proof of concept (POC) builds and move on. This has served our customers well over the years and helped save countless hours in the design and development stage. This also allows us to move into sample making at a quicker pace – from functional ‘works like’ samples to salesman ‘looks like, works like’ prototypes.
We can also work with upgrade existing designs that require an uplift. Our advanced development lab applies fail-fast learning for greater efficiency.
